Tower Sand Manufacturing Plant

In concrete or dry mortar, we know that sand is essential. Although natural river sand is the best material, but it is forbidden to be mined. So we need a solution that can efficiently produce artificial sand. In general, we can divide the sand production plant into horizontal and tower type.

The horizontal artificial sand production line is the most common, and it has a large footprint and is relatively simple to maintain. But in some areas, especially in cities, we have to ensure that there are no dust leaks in the production process, so we provide our customers Tower-type Sand Manufacturing solution.

It has a small footprint and is fully enclosed, equipped with a full range of dust removal equipment.

Working principle

Tower Sand Manufacturing Plant contains ZS series high efficient centrifugal impact sand machine, sizing screen module, humidity deployment module, environmental protection filter module, centralized control system, steel structure and other modules of equipment,which is a set of complete system of dry sand production system.

After the 5-100mm materials（include stone chips, wasted stone and other cheap material) are shaped by the VSI machine,the material will be parted into three by the screen system,Powder sand, returns and finished products.The stone powder will be put into the fine ore bin.The produced sand go through the humidifier and mixed with water.The material is worked over by the system,and it make the sand have  shape of reasonable gradation, fruity, controllable powder content. And the produced powder is dry clean, can be recycled uniformly(Determined according to the raw material).
